About us

At our young and innovative company, CareSharing, we are passionate about creating a bridge between healthcare and ICT. We have created software to support the so-called ‘disease management’ of chronic diseases such as Diabetes and COPD. We are very excited to release our new application this year, a Personal Health Record. With that every patient in CareSharing can have access to his own medical data.

About the job 

You will start, lead en finish all kinds of projects in our Health 2.0 company. Releasing a new product, optimizing internal processes, measuring customer satisfaction and product implementation are examples of these projects. Each project needs a custom-made approach and management. So it’s about planning, tracking progress, evaluating, keeping everyone updated and keeping the overall picture. Since we’re with a small team you have to do a lot of project tasks yourself. We need someone who just “get’s the project done”. It’s like being a serial entrepreneur within CareSharing.

About you

We are looking for someone with management and executive skills. The Dutch healthcare system and market are turbulent, disease management is complex and we face technical challenges. So you need to have patience and a drive to explore every bit of the market and software that concerns your project. It’s necessary to have an interest in healthcare and IT. And also very important, you need to ask questions! Just as Anthony Robbins says: “Questions provide the key to unlocking our unlimited potential”.

So why is this job description in English?

We are based in Amsterdam and in Cebu, Philippines. Our team in Cebu consists of 35 developers. Because you will be working closely (phone, email, Skype) with the team in Cebu your English has to be good. Next to this we also expect your Dutch to be perfect, written as well as spoken.
